Refunds/Exchange Policy
You may cancel your purchase at any time within a "no quibbles" 14 day period for any reason, beginning on the day after you receive the product. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product including any delivery charges, as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Whoops... If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Once notified we will examine the returned product and will contact you regarding your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. Any refund due to you will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via email that you are entitled to a refund. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
All items must be returned before a refund or exchange is issued. We are happy to exchange or refund a product as long as they have been unworn & in the same condition as they were sent to you. Please thoroughly inspect any item you order from us on receipt as we will only accept products returned to us in their original condition and fit for re-sale unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty.

Our Payments are processed by Paypal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase products from our website. Paypal offers a secure payment gateway, ensuring your credit card or other payment details remain safe. When orders are processed we do not receive any details of your credit cards or bank account. All we receive is a breakdown of the product price, postage and delivery details - much the same as your invoice will show.
